Judy Santos, MCC, CMCC
Founder, President

Judy Santos launched the Christian Coaches Network in April 1998 with like-minded Christian coaches who shared a vision to collaborate and create a conduit between Christians and trained, professional Christian Coaches.

With high professional standards as a priority, her personal mission for the organization is:

• To blaze the trail, introducing professional coaching as a credible and valuable pathway to support believers in attaining and fulfilling God's calling, in challenging times.
  
  
• To be both conduit and catalyst between Christians in search of a coach, and Christian coaches who want to work with believers.
  
  
• To provide choices from within the coaching community, for Christians in all walks of life who want to become more, using their God given potential, gifts and skills more effectively and find more peace and joy in life.
  
  
• To provide support, information, enrichment, connection and professional advancement to all members of CCN.

With extensive experience in both business and lay ministry, Judy Santos entered the coaching profession full time in 1997, and graduated from Coach University in 1998 where she later led over one hundred tele-courses, training new coaches.  She holds the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation, which is the highest level awarded.   Judy is also a Certified Master Christian Coach and a Certified Life Coach (Institute for Life Coach Training). She is on the faculty for the Institute of Life Coach Training, (Christian Track) co-leading the first, largest and only ICF accredited formalized life coach training program led from a Christian perspective. She also co-leads the Essence of Coaching through the Christian Coach Training Insitute.

In private practice, Judy works extensively with new coaches and clients who are looking to develop their business or ministry, along with those approaching or embedded in a new season of life.
